We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to provide effective administrative support across the supply chain function. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and confident working with data, systems and spreadsheets.
The role will involve maintaining accurate information within the ERP system, supporting customer requests, updating trackers and providing general administrative assistance to the wider supply chain team.
This role is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
The Job
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the supply chain function.
Check, maintain and update accurate data within the ERP system, relating to items, orders and consignments.
Process and respond to customer-related administrative requests, including:
Changing delivery or customer addresses.
Cancelling or amending orders.
Updating order information as required.
Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers and other supply chain records.
Complete general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the supply chain function.
Ensure all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow company processes and procedures relating to orders, stock and supply chain administration.
We're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
Comfortable working with computer systems and entering and maintaining data
