Help shape the digital experience at Loaf
We're looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join our Digital Experience team and play a key role in bringing the Loaf website to life. From launching new products and seasonal campaigns to improving the customer journey and identifying trading opportunities, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional online experience for our customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the detail, enjoys solving problems, and is excited by the challenge of balancing creativity, customer experience and commercial performance.
This role is based in our Head Office at Ladbroke Grove (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
The Job
Campaigns & Product Launches
Own the delivery of website content for seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Photography and Product teams to ensure launches are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Manage critical paths, ensuring content, assets and product data are accurate and ready for launch.
Website Experience & Optimisation
Manage the website helpdesk, resolving content and user experience requests efficiently.
Conduct regular site reviews to identify opportunities to improve content, navigation and customer journeys.
Gather feedback from Stores, Trade and Customer Experience teams to continually enhance the website.
Support the delivery of our website roadmap, coordinating projects across multiple teams.
Trading & Performance
Monitor website performance, sales and key trading metrics.
Attend weekly trading meetings and help identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue.
Work closely with Merchandising and Marketing teams to optimise product merchandising, upselling and cross-selling.
Help maintain and improve on-site SEO through content optimisation.
Technology & Development
Collaborate with our internal technology team and external development partners to deliver website improvements.
Support testing and deployment of UX and technical enhancements.
Work with the Web Product Executive to investigate and resolve bugs and website issues.
We're looking for
2+ years' experience in an ecommerce retail role.
Experience across website content management, trading, CRO and SEO.
A customer-first mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Analytical and commercially minded, with confidence interpreting data and spotting opportunities.
Naturally curious, collaborative and proactive.
A problem-solver who enjoys identifying issues and finding practical solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
