Your role as our Web Product Executive is to support the delivery of our website development roadmap and own website support tickets. You'll work with the Website Product Manager to understand the bigger picture of what the team needs to deliver to support the wider business strategy.
We expect you to have an inquisitive mindset, proactively analysing data and listening to feedback to understand how our website is working. We work in a collaborative environment, where we acknowledge that it takes teamwork to achieve success. Communication skills must be a forte in your repertoire to be a success in this role. You'll be expected to contribute to and support the roll out of new projects, features and upgrades, championing continuous improvement across the organisation.

- Proven experience working with complex product data. This should cover product enrichment, attribute management, taxonomy and categorisation.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with a mix of personalities from techies to operational peeps
- We expect you to be comfortable working autonomously, but having the skill to know when to and when not to involve management to keep projects and roadmaps on track
- Always on the look-out to improve how things are done, challenging the status quo and never accepting second best
- A real can-do attitude with a willingness to get your hands dirty, get on with the job and make great things happen
- A high attention to detail and commitment to deliver outstanding work to agreed deadlines
- And, most importantly of all, you absolutely must be an all-round good egg, with a real willingness to get on with the job and make great things happen
